TruQuest promotes learning and positive change over time. Each TruQuest Program is divided into four, full day coaching sessions. The sessions are several weeks apart, allowing participants to implement what they learn before moving on to the next level. In-between session conference calls allow participants to ask questions, share results, and stay focused.
