Each class consists of four training sessions that last one
full day. Training sessions are held approximately 90 days apart with
no more than twenty-five participants per class. Every subsequent class
builds on earlier teachings so that there is significant progress in every
category listed below, time after time. Each of the four sessions includes the following information:
Future Vision: Each participant
establishes a personal and professional vision of a successful future.
They put in writing a detailed summary of an ideal personal life and a
fulfilling and productive professional life.
Personal Profile: Each participant
completes a three-part personal evaluation of him/herself. They write
down their strengths and weaknesses, solicit outside evaluations from
their peers and receive a professional evaluation from Kolbe Corporation.
Results Rule: Each participant
evaluates and analyzes their customer base in order to determine their most productive activities.
A plan is developed to focus their time and efforts on their most
valuable relationships, forming both strategic and integrated alliances,
which generates the greatest results.
CEO Teams: Each participant evaluates
their support staff and related employees and devises a plan and a structure
to maximize the efforts of their team. They will also communicate his/her
goals and objectives of the territory to team
members and will empower the team to reach their goals.
Control-Ability: The participants
learn a time management system designed to gain back control of their
most important life activities. Days are described such as Power Days,
Project Days, Play Days, PIE Days and Block-out Days. The objective of
the TruQuest Time Management System is to design a plan to maximize results
and make the best use of time.
Closing Boxes: Participants learn
how to minimize stress and eliminated unwanted pressures in their lives
by a technique called "Closing Boxes." By doing this, they will
free up more time and become more productive.
Health and Personal Finances: Each participant
is encouraged to develop a written plan to better their health and strengthen
their personal financial profile.
Quarterly Plan: Each participant completes
a quarterly action plan, which includes short, intermediate and long-term
goals. The actions are specific to the participant's individual situations
creating a balance of life in conjunction with dramatically increasing
their productivity.
In addition, each of our four first year sessions accomplishes one specific
objective designed to propel the participant to a higher level.
Session One: Each participant identifies his/her
ideal lifestyle. They determine the appropriate amount of time off from
work needed to spend with family and friends, the optimum level of income
to live a fulfilling lifestyle and the type of challenging business they
want to build to meet their professional goals.
Session Two: Each participant
receives "Kolbe" results which helps them determine their greatest
personal strengths. From this information, and from additional personal
and peer evaluations, each person will form a strategy to get the best
results from his or her business and their teams.
Session Three: Participants will
focus on their business data and analyze reports. TruQuest helps them
focus on their best relationships with customer products and multi-line
customers, as well as showing them where their best time is spent.
Session Four: This session concentrates
on a system designed to dramatically increase the revenues of the participant's
business. The "Power Leap" model shows how to grow cash flow
by three to ten times current levels with no
addition time spent on the job.
